Jennifer and Stephen tie the knot!! 03.08.08 The Veranda, Orlando, FL

JS_blog-1003.jpg

A couple Saturdays ago, I had the honor of photographing Jenn and Stephen's wedding at The Veranda Bed and Breakfast in beautiful Thornton Park of Orlando!

It was probably one of the most windy days this town has seen since the hurricanes of 2004! That didn't affect either Jenn nor Stephen's excitement of their wedding!

Jenn chose a short A-Line wedding dress that was handmade just for her. Stephen and the guys wore black suites with a pale blue paisley tie. I love their ties!!! Good choice guys. The wind died down just in time for the ceremony and reception. We got some great photos of the happy couple and their 23 person wedding party out in the streets of Thornton Park. Be sure to check out their slide show! We had a wonderful time photographing your wedding and I really feel that you two were meant for each other. Congratulations!!!!

xoxo...Abby

Tricia and Matt's E-Session!!! - Don Cesar Hotel, St. Pete Beach

TM_blog-1009.jpg

Last Wednesday, I met up with Tricia and Matt at The Don Cesar Hotel in St. Petersburg Beach. This hotel is a great choice for an Engagement Session because there are so many areas to get some creative portraits. That exactly what we did! Tricia and Matt were real troopers as I went from location to location with ideas forming in my mind about every 5 seconds. Thanks for putting up with my A.D.D.! I really enjoyed hanging out with you guys! Hope your cruise went well and can't wait for June 7th!

Shana and Tony's Engagement - Ormond Beach, FL

ST-1008.jpg

Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of finally meeting Shana and Tony over in Ormond Beach. This was the third time we had to reschedule due to the weather always being a factor. This time, rain wasn't the problem, it was extremely cold!!! (At least for us Floridians!) Shana and Tony did a great job of acting "warm". :)

Their wedding is on 08.08.08 and I am very much looking forward to capturing their day. Thanks Shana and Tony for putting up with the cold weather! It was great hanging out, even if it was for a short while. See you two in August when it's a lot warmer! Best, Abby

Allison and Jake's E-Session at Epcot!!

AJ_blog-1001.jpg

After Sea World, I met up with Allison and Jake to photograph their Engagement photos. Now, I went to high school with Allison back in the day. It's like the season of photographing your engaged friends. How fun! We walked around and tapped on every country. Starting in England, then headed onto France, stopping in Italy and lastly ended up in China. Phew! After that we grabbed some ritas and caught up. It's really the perfect time for me to be a wedding photographer because all of my friends and their friends are getting engaged left and right. It's also really nice when you can get back in touch with someone that you might not have had the opportunity to if it weren't for things like this. I'm so excited to have re-connected with Allison!

I'm very thankful for my job!!
